What do we need to prepare?
Access to 3-5 key stakeholders for interviews, documentation on current workflows, and access to any existing systems we should evaluate. We send a prep checklist before we start.
Is this just a PowerPoint at the end?
No. You get a technical architecture document, a scored opportunity matrix, cost models, and a roadmap with specific timelines. The exec presentation is a summary — the deliverables are working documents your team can execute against.
What happens after the sprint?
You own everything we produce. If you want us to build what we recommended, we can move straight into an AI Build Sprint. If you want to build internally or with another partner, the deliverables are designed to be portable.
Can we do this remotely?
Yes. Most of our discovery sprints are fully remote. We use structured interviews, async documentation review, and collaborative workshops via video. If you prefer on-site, we can accommodate that in the UK and US.
